How much does the delivery cost?


Delivery cost = Shipping cost + Import tax & customs clearance cost/tariff (if applicable).

Both shipping cost and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on the product page and confirmed at checkout and this may vary for different dispatch centres and delivery destinations.

How soon will I receive my package after my order is placed?

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time + Time in transit (if applicable).


Three key factors will decide when you will receive your package.

  1. Item Processing time: This is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment after the payment clears the bank. There are different processing times for different items depending on the product category and volume. Usually, it is around 0 - 3 working days to process unless stated otherwise on the product page. All our Baby Travel Systems and Baby Travel Systems Accessories are dispatched from the EU warehouse or the UK warehouse within 0 - 3 days.
  2. Shipping time: This varies with dispatch centres and the shipping method. Generally, it is between 4 - 10 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  3. Time in transit: This varies for different countries depending on where the delivery address is and where your package is dispatched from. Normally it takes 0 - 3 working days.

Please use the tracking number to follow up on your package delivery progress with the logistics company, and ensure you are available to receive your order at the time of delivery. eeGee cannot be held responsible or liable for misplaced, stolen, or lost packages that have delivery confirmation to the address provided by the customer. eeGee is not responsible for delayed shipments by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for delivery errors via the carrier.

It is the full responsibility of the customer to contact your local post office or tax office to verify any applicable customs charges, and duties, in your country prior to placing your order. If any applicable customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund.

If your package is being held in customs, we cannot send out another order or issue a refund. Please be mindful of this before placing your order.
