                Customs, Import Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

                For international orders, shipping charges do not include import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

                Any applicable import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities and courier in the destination country. These charges are not set, controlled, or collected by eeGee.

                Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs or tax authority for information about possible charges before placing an order.

                If customs fees, taxes, or duties are refused or unpaid, the shipment may be delayed, held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases:

                • The order will not be eligible for a refund, and

                • shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

                If a shipment is held by customs, we are unable to send a replacement order or issue a refund until the matter is resolved directly between the customer, customs authorities, and the courier.
