Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, the return reason, supporting pictures of the product(s), the original shipping label(s), and the logistics tracking number(s) of your return (if applicable) sent to info@eegee.co.uk within 14 days.

To be eligible, please make sure that:

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product is not used or damaged

Please send a Return Request with the order number or email order confirmation and the return reason to info@eegee.co.uk. The relevant warehouse return address will be emailed to you. For Hot Mom products, the return address is as follows:

Please note that you the customer may be required to pay for import tax, shipping costs and 10% transaction processing fees.

To ensure the safe return of your item(s), please package your item(s) with care. We recommend that item(s) valued over £50 are returned using a traceable delivery service and for the item(s) valued over £100 or more, we recommend that you insure your return for the value of the product and use a signature required delivery service.

Return costs and import tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. If the customer encounters products with quality problems, exchange, or return & refund will be authorized at no extra cost. Simply email us the return fee document and the import tariff document and we will refund these amounts plus the item cost.

If the product does not have a functional problem, we will not bear the import tariff and return freight. Only the item cost will be returned.

We may refuse a refund or exchange where an item(s) is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) arrives in a re-salable condition, despite having used a tracked delivery service.

Once your refund has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Most returns are processed and refunded within 5 - 20 working days after we receive your package.

We do not accept any request for either exchange or return once sale items are sold. Faulty sale items qualify for an exchange.

Used/refurbished items are final sales (non-returnable and non-exchangeable) unless the mechanism is non-functional.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If the order is cancelled a 7% processing fee will apply.

REFUNDS

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will process your refund or exchange in line with our refund policy set out above. Please be aware that any postage charges and tariffs incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 20 working days. Refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you do not receive a refund within the estimated time, first check your bank account, or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund please email info@eegee.co.uk.
